Local Storage

All your personal data—including prayer rules, custom recipes, shopping lists, and calendar events—is stored exclusively on your device using browser-based storage (LocalStorage and IndexedDB).

No External Tracking

This application does not use cookies for tracking, nor does it send your personal data to any external servers. Your spiritual and domestic records remain private to you.

Notifications & Reminders

If you enable prayer reminders, the application will use the browser's Notification API to alert you at your scheduled times. These notifications are processed locally by your browser; no scheduling data is sent to external servers.

Parish Locator & Geolocation

The "Find Near Me" feature uses your browser's Geolocation API. Your precise coordinates are sent to Google Maps services to identify nearby parishes. This location data is used only for the duration of the search and is never saved to your digital records or shared with third parties other than Google.

AI Interactions & Google Gemini

The "AI Suggest," "Parish Finder," and "News" features are powered by Google Gemini via Google AI Studio.

In this free preview environment, data sent to these features (such as fasting levels, recipe queries, or location for church searches) is processed by Google. According to Google's terms for free-tier AI services, this data may be used to improve their models. Do not include sensitive personal information in custom recipe names or shopping items if you use the AI categorization features.

Data Management

You have full control over your data. You can purge all local records at any time using the "Destroy All Data" button in the settings menu.
